Enquiries

 

After you have made your enquiry and have decided to confirm the date, I will reserve this date for you for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit.

 

Deposit

 

A non-refunable £150 booking fee is required to secure the date and time for your ceremony.

 

Payment of Balance

 

Payment of the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to the ceremony, unless the ceremony is within 8 weeks of booking. Should this be the case the full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Use of Photographs, Imagery and Testimonials.

 

When signing the contract please note that this will serve as a release for any photographs, imagery or testimonials taken by the Signature Celebrant to be used in print or electronically for promotional purposes only and we will guarantee that they will not be intentionally exploited. You are under no obligation to grant us permission to use these details and therefore please advise us at the time of signing the contract whether you do not want these details used in this way.

Legal Weddings

 

You are aware that this ceremony will not be legally recognised in England and Wales. To formalise the legal requirements you will need to attend a Register Office ( please see the individual requirements of England and Wales on the Government Websites).

The Signature Celebrant requires that the legal requirement is conducted either the day before or on the same day of your celebrant ceremony.

 

Confidentiality

 

All correspondence and documentation in relation to our services at the Signature Celebrant, must remain confidential both before and after your event. These details can be shared after requesting our written consent.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you choose to cancel after 14 days, for whatever reason, you will be liable for the following fees:

 

1. Within three months of ceremony date: 60% of Celebrancy Fee

2. Within two months of ceremony date: 80% of Celebrancy Fee

3. Within one month of ceremony date: 100 % of Celebrancy Fee
    

 

Should any additional expenses have already been paid by the Signature Celebrant these will also be liable to be invoiced, such as:

 

Travel and Accommodation expenses

 

Delay to ceremony start – for every hour or part thereof past the designated start time a fee of £50 will be invoiced.

 

Unavailability

 

On the day of your ceremony I am not able, for whatever reason, to provide the service you have paid for I will endeavour to find a substitute celebrant to perform the ceremony in my place. If I am unable to find a substitute then you will receive a refund.

Cancellation by Celebrant

 

If the Signature Celebrant has to cancel your ceremony you will of course, receive a full refund of all monies paid.
